Our Mühle market offers a selected assortment of regional and organic produce from a variety of direct producers from the Black Forest and its foothills. Organic cultivation and species-appropriate animal rearing are key when it comes to choosing farm suppliers.

Also on offer in the Mühle market is organic beef from Geroldsau's own herd of Scottish highland cattle as well as local game specialities (meat and cold cuts) from Baden-Baden's forestry commission.
