Four hardworking hands and one goal. In 1959, when Anita and Albin Dreher opened the Dreher bakery in the town of Gengenbach, they knew what they wanted: to offer the townsfolk top quality daily bread and a selection of delicious confectioneries. And so the foundation stone was laid. Today, Markus Dreher heads the family business and places his trust in the Dreher family's very own mix of tradition and innovation. The Drehers in the Geroldsauer Mühle

We, the Dreher bakery from Gengenbach, are delighted to be part of the Geroldsauer Mühle.

The highlight here is our wood-fired oven. Every day, one of our bakers is on the premises kneading and baking bread in the wood-fired stove, while confectioners prepare a series of delicious delicacies. Savour our selection of handmade breads and baked products, as well as our tasty cakes and tortes. Our sales assistants will be more than happy to offer advice.
